1. What this policy covers
Cookies are small files stored by a website in your browser. Similar rules can apply to local storage, which saves small values on your device. This policy explains the storage used by Web Builder’s page code on webbuilderagency.com and how you can control it.
The page code does not set advertising cookies, analytics cookies or tracking pixels. Its only persistent features are your theme preference and a record of whether you want that preference remembered. They are not used for advertising, profiling or identifying you.

The theme choice is used solely to provide your requested appearance preference. You can object at any time using the control below. The preference record is used only to honour your choice. The theme itself is not saved before you choose to remember it. Web Builder’s page code does not transmit either value to us.
3. Your preference
A notice appears on your first visit and again when your choice expires. “Remember theme” saves your current theme and future changes until that choice expires. “Don’t remember” removes any saved theme. You can reopen the notice using “Cookie settings” in the footer, or use the control below. Both choices allow you to use the website.
Turning remembering off does not stop you using “Change Theme” on the page you are viewing. The next page or visit starts in light mode. Clearing this site’s storage also removes your choice, so the notice will appear again. If your browser blocks storage, your choice applies only on the current page and the notice may reappear on subsequent pages. Browser settings can block or remove storage, although some website features may then work differently.
4. Hosting and linked websites
This website is hosted on Cloudflare. The hosting provider may use essential delivery and security cookies or storage. Those are separate from the two Web Builder values listed above and are covered by the provider’s settings and notices. The theme preference control does not manage hosting-provider storage.
Portfolio images are served from this website. The Dakota AI and Fit Fit City pages open only when you follow their links; those websites have their own policies.
5. Future changes and contact
If analytics, advertising, embedded media or other storage technologies are introduced, this policy and the relevant controls must be updated. Any use that requires consent will remain inactive until a valid choice is made, with an equally easy way to refuse or withdraw consent. We do not treat continued browsing as consent.
